“ Fast service and high quality food that's ready in a jiffy. We ordered a could different bowls and both were good - though I think we both agreed that the gyro was tastier. They were out of gyro, so there was a delay while they prepped it, so they threw in some extra garlic sauce for us. ”
“ Honestly, this is one of the best shawarma places I’ve been to. I’ve been coming consistently since the summer, and they never really disappoint. They have a large menu with a ton of Arab food. Their shawarma is great and they have plenty of different choices. I wish they weren’t so heavy on the cabbage but the garlic and chicken make up for it. They even have a new dessert place, Stop N Dip, attached to it now. They have so much and the location is in downtown Elgin making it a great area for food. The people who work there are very friendly and hardly get the order wrong. The owner is always interacting with people and is overall super nice. I’m really glad a place of such high quality like this opened up in the area. ”

“ Allahuma bareek nice atmosphere, we googled halal food near us after my nephews graduation and didn’t even read a review and pulled up. Olivia was awesome taking our order as we drove in route and we were not disappointed. Very flavorful one of the best shawarma places and I honestly had no idea Elgin would have a hidden gem...maybe I need to tour this Burhan Academy after all and see what Elgin has to offer. “ Very friendly and very cute place. Food was very delicious. I got the 3 meats dinner. Love the chicken, I like how they give you two types of rice. Pita was good and the falafels were too good. I like the humus. My pop was warm though, that sucked BUT it was good. Can't wait to come back, they also have a gelato store next to them. The Gelato was so good. I am just happy we finally have a mediterranean restaurant here. Because Larsa's moved and now they are not as good. SOOO hope you guys stay here forever! ”
